Fitness Programming

  • Aqua Aerobics classes are offered in the Spring and Summer seasons at no additional charge to our Members
  • Yoga classes are offered year-round at no additional charge to our Members

Current Yoga Class Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: 6:00pm
  • Thursdays: 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays: 8:30 am

Current Aqua Aerobics Class Schedule:

  • Wednesdays: 9:00 am
  • Saturdays: 9:40 am
