Grilling with Bull Cooking Class


Join Chef Wade Fortin in a grilling demonstration, Tuesday, July 11 at 6 pm.

Menu Includes:

-Barbecued Antipasti Skewers

-Grilled Panzanella Salad with grilled Watermelon and Goat Cheese

-Honey Lemon Brined Chicken over grilled Parmesan-Garlic fingerling Potatoes and Mustard glazed Asparagus

-Chocolate Hazelnut Pizzetta with caramelized Bananas and a Bourbon Chantilly

The menu will be paired with two wines, one red and one white, as well as two premium beers, one light and one heavy.
