Lodi, CA – Woodbridge Golf & Country Club is excited to share several significant improvements implemented over the past year, all thanks to the valuable feedback provided by our members through its member survey initiative launched in Nov. 2023. The Club is committed to ensuring member needs are met, and these enhancements are a direct result of the insights gathered from the membership community.
“We are grateful for our members’ engagement and participation in the surveys,” said Kristine Roberson, Sales and Marketing Director of Woodbridge Golf & Country Club. “Their feedback has been instrumental in guiding us to make meaningful changes that improve the overall Club experience.”
Since the launch of the surveys, Woodbridge has made several notable upgrades, including:
- Expanded Lunch Menu: The Club has introduced vegetarian options to offer more variety and cater to a broader range of dietary preferences.
- Tennis Court Resurfacing: To maintain the highest quality playing conditions, the tennis courts have been resurfaced, enhancing members’ game and enjoyment.
- Fitness Center Reorganization: The Fitness Center equipment has been rearranged to improve flow, creating a more efficient and comfortable workout environment.
- Enhanced Staff Training: Focused efforts have been placed on improving staff training to elevate service quality and ensure a consistently positive member experience.
In addition to these recent changes, Woodbridge is thrilled to announce an upcoming project: the renovation of the Founders Café, slated to begin this month. This update aims to create a refreshed, inviting space for casual dining, aligning with the high standards members have come to expect from the Club.
The surveys, sent randomly to members four times per year, are an invaluable tool that provides Woodbridge with critical insights into member satisfaction and priorities. The feedback gathered enables the Club to evaluate staff performance, plan new projects, and make necessary adjustments to enhance the member experience.
“We are committed to listening to our members and continuously improving our services,” added Roberson. “The progress we’ve made so far is just the beginning, and we encourage all members to participate in future surveys to help us keep making Woodbridge the best it can be.”
