Eight years ago, the DeVries were brand new to Lodi. They were searching for community, connection, and a place where they could build meaningful friendships. They followed their shared love of golf straight to Woodbridge Golf & Country Club—and they’ve been part of our family ever since.
Why They Joined
Like many who come through our doors, Erin and Mike hoped to meet people, get involved, and feel at home. Golf was their entry point, but the relationships, events, and shared experiences are what truly rooted them here.
How They Spend Their Time
When they’re on property, you can usually find them:
- Playing golf—their favorite way to unwind together
- Enjoying Club events—from tournaments to festive social gatherings
- Relaxing over a great meal—Erin never misses the chef’s special, and Mike is loyal to his crispy chicken sandwich and Old Fashioned
Their favorite golf moments? Erin proudly earned “Most Improved” in the Women’s 18-Holers, and Mike won Race to Vegas—proof that community and friendly competition thrive here side by side.
What They Want Prospective Members to Know
Erin and Mike often tell new neighbors and friends that the easiest way to feel connected is simply to show up. Smaller events, like Paint & Sip or casual mixers, remove all the pressure of meeting new people—you’re seated together, laughing together, and friendships happen naturally.
Life Beyond the Course
Off the greens, they share a love for local wine tasting, live music, movies, and of course, spending time with the people they’ve grown close to here.
