Billing

  • All activity and purchases are charged to member accounts.
  • Club membership cards are not issued
  • Statements are generated at the beginning of each month.
  • Statements reflect all charging activity from the PRIOR month, as well as member dues for the CURRENT month.
  • All Statements are emailed by default.
  • Members may also view Statements online.
  • Please see the office for a hard copy of your Statement, or request to be added to the Paper Statement List.
  • Preferred method of payment is ACH (autodraft). Payments are debited on the 5th of every month. Please see the office to sign up.
  • Manual payments are due on the 10th of each month, and a late fee will be added if not paid before the last day of the month.
  • All memberships are charged a $50 annual Christmas Bonus fee, which funds the employee Christmas Bonus account. Should you wish to not contribute, please notify the office in November.
