Billing

All activity and purchases are charged to member accounts.
Club membership cards are not issued
Statements are generated at the beginning of each month.
Statements reflect all charging activity from the PRIOR month, as well as member dues for the CURRENT month.
All Statements are emailed by default.
Members may also view Statements online.
Please see the office for a hard copy of your Statement, or request to be added to the Paper Statement List.
Preferred method of payment is ACH (autodraft). Payments are debited on the 5th of every month. Please see the office to sign up.
Manual payments are due on the 10th of each month, and a late fee will be added if not paid before the last day of the month.
All memberships are charged a $50 annual Christmas Bonus fee, which funds the employee Christmas Bonus account. Should you wish to not contribute, please notify the office in November.
