Hole in One Insurance

When a Member or Spouse makes a Hole-In-One, each participating Member within the Hole-In-One Program can receive a free drink on the day the Hole-In-One was made. All Members participating in the Program will be charged $3 for each official Hole-In-One. Of the total available funds, 10% will be deducted for bookkeeping. 45% of the funds will go toward free drinks, and 45% will be awarded to the golfer as a Pro Shop credit. Any unused amount of the free drinks portion will be added to the Pro Shop credit.

A Hole-In-One is not official until the Pro Shop notifies the Bar and the Member is IN from the course. The Player must complete a 9-Hole Round, and the Hole-In-One must be witnessed by at least one other Player. When a Member makes a Hole-In-One and is in the Program, the Member should notify the Pro Shop at the turn or at the completion of their round. Free drinks are to be given from the time the Pro Shop notifies the Bar until the time the Clubhouse closes or the Bar maximum is reached, whichever is first. Participating Members may choose among a call drink, import, draft & bottle beer, premium house wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. An Ace at another Club will not be honored.

This Program is open to all Member categories. Member must be 21 years or older to participate. The 18-Hole Ladies and the 49ers have their own separate Hole-In-One Insurance Programs. If you are a Member of either of those Clubs, you may participate in both the Woodbridge Golf & Country Club Hole-In-One Program, and in those other Programs.
