• Submitting this Request to Resign Membership starts your 30-day notice to the Club of my intent to resign.
• According to Club Bylaws, this Request to Resign Membership becomes active the first billing cycle after 30 days notice.
• Resigning your membership means you’re relinquishing your membership status and give up any rights to any equity you may have had.
• Upon receiving this form, the Board of Directors shall take in consideration any issues of concerns, and any current sums owed to the Club are still payable in full by member.
• You can rescind your Request to Resign within 30 days of signature date without penalty.
• You may be charged a reinstatement fee equivalent to the published Initiation Fee should you choose to return to the Club as a member.
