Lifeguards

Swim Season – Lifeguards are on duty during open hours and are responsible for creating and monitoring a safe environment at and around the pool. Members may use the pool when lifeguards are not on duty, as a swim at your own risk.

Off Season – Lifeguards may not be on duty during pre & post season access. Pool hours change throughout the season in correspondence to local schools summer breaks and special events.

The Aquatic staff has full authority to enforce all safety and sanitary measures deemed necessary for the proper operation of the pool. They are charged with the enforcement of all pool policies and rules. Please do not ask them to make exceptions to a rule for you as they do not have the authority to do so. All non-members using the pool facility must be guests of members. Members must register all guests with the lifeguards at check in. Guest fees will be charge for all adult and junior guests. Children under 14 are not permitted in the pool area without an adult when lifeguards are not present.

  • Lifeguards are present during all operational hours of the pool.
  • Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing pool rules, monitoring swimmers, and responding to emergencies.
  • Swimmers must adhere to lifeguard instructions at all times.

The lifeguards and staff on duty reserves the right to enforce other rules which may not be listed to maintain a safe and healthy aquatic environment. They have the authority to enforce or modify rules at their discretion.
